About the event
This advanced course is designed for K9 handlers and patrol officers to train together as one tactical unit. Officers will learn to conduct coordinated, high-risk apprehensions with an emphasis on communication, movement, and safety. Through immersive instruction and dynamic scenario-based training, participants will build muscle memory and confidence in working as a unified team when it matters most.
Whether clearing buildings, apprehending fleeing suspects, or responding to barricaded subjects, officers will leave with tested strategies and refined skills that reduce risk to officers, K9s, and suspects alike.
